HR Business Partner
As HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with business leaders to deliver effective HR and EHS solutions that support the organization's goals and objectives. You will help drive talent management initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and support organizational change. In this role you will be a key member of the Leadership teamand you willlead the rollout of global initiatives across the sitesunder your responsibility.

HR Data and Metrics; Facilitatedata collection/analysis to support business growth
Cultivates Relationships and Provide Associate Support: Builds meaningful relationships with people at all levels, understands their roles and needs, provides guidance, assistswithconcerns and issues, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and fostersa positive work environment.
Communication and Change Management: Deploy ongoing proactive communication strategy, including monthly 1:1 with managers, attending each Daily Management, hosting Town Halls, providing training and communication to assistpeople with changes.
Talent Pipeline; Implements strategies for ongoing talent pipeline in advance of business need, includingpreparing job descriptions and goal setting, serve as conduit to broader team for recruiting help and collaboration when needed and participation in recruiting events.
Employee Engagement: Lead employee engagement surveys, analyse results, and support managers in developing action plans to improve employee satisfactionand reports on plans at Monthly Business Review.
HRIS: Maintainemployee data for siteswithin our Global HRIS system and effectively manage compensation processthrough the systemin collaboration with stakeholders, including training.
Talent Management: Manage Organizationalreview process and subsequentactionplans to build succession talent for key roles.Support recruitment processes by interviewing finalists. Help lead and guide the evolution of top-notch onboarding process for new hires.
Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to ensure that performance management processes are effectively implemented, including conductingregularperformance reviews and providing feedback.
Training and Development: Help identifytraining needs, coordinate learning opportunities, and support leadership development initiatives.
HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assistwith compliance-related tasks to meet legal and organizational requirements, including administration of benefits and pay.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Help track and analysekey HR metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring trends) to inform decision-making and support business goals.
Required Experience: 5years HR experiencewithin manufacturing environment and desire to grow; CIPD Qualified level 5 , PHR preferred
Skills& Attributes:
Strong collaborator, with written and verbal skills,ability to interact with peopleat all levels.
Proactive in identifying people-related issues and finding effective solutions.
Experience of leading and influencing organisational change across business
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with business leaders, managers, and people.
Travel Requirements Travel to sitesis requiredat least once per quarter, travel to other sites as needed
