Key Responsibilities:
● Content Strategy Development:
● Design and implement content marketing strategies that align with the
organization's objectives.
● Develop an editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery across all
platforms.
● Content Creation and Management:
● Create, edit, and manage engaging content for various channels, including blogs,
social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
● Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
● Social Media Management:
● Oversee and manage the organization's social media profiles on platforms such
as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
● Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and
reach.
● Email Marketing:
● Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience
and promote our services.
● Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
● Graphic Design and Multimedia:
● Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to support marketing
campaigns.
● Utilize design tools to produce high-quality visuals that enhance content
engagement.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role.
● Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
● Strong video editing skills.
● Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media best
practices.
● Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Buffer) and design software
(e.g., Canva, CapCut).
● Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
● Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
● Comfortable and confident in front of the camera for creating video content.
● Reliable transportation is required for attending in-person events and meetings.
