The Sage Group’s Client is seeking an Event Demand Generation Campaign Specialist to help drive end-to-end event marketing campaigns and increase demand for our customer-facing events. In This Role, You'll Get To
- Support the event demand generation team in developing and executing event audience acquisition and nurture campaigns for global events.
- Build and manage tracking documents for pre- and post-event marketing campaigns
- Support the event demand generation leads on program coordination including ticket creation and management, timeline updates, cross-functional communication with stakeholders, and scheduling meetings.
- Write event promotional emails, posts, and campaigns for global and regional target audiences.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs. This includes and is not limited to creating and distributing UTMs to track digital marketing efforts, pulling individual campaign tracking, collecting screenshots, and reporting on metrics for each campaign to enable the Senior Event Demand Generation Leads to make strategic decisions on audience acquisition planning.
- Partner with the Senior Demand Generation leads on distribution of sales and internal enablement materials around promotion for our biggest events and conferences.
- Connect the dots between teams to manage the process, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Provide ad hoc campaign and/or project executional support for our two Senior Event Demand Generation leads or Senior Team Lead over Event Demand Generation.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B demand generation, event marketing, and/or campaign management.
- Understanding and experience working with marketing and sales funnels.
- Self-starting tendencies with an ability to drive projects forward.
- A knack for details.
- Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Extraordinary program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
- The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns and programs running at the same time.
- A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.
- Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience (SFDC Marketo a big plus).
