Athletic Director: Description and Responsibilities
The Athletic Director is responsible for the planning, implementation, coordination, evaluation, and growth of a thriving athletic program at the Saint Constantine School. This is a full-time, exempt position. The Athletic Director will manage an effective athletic program that integrates TSCS values through the development of physical skill and excellent moral character. This position reports to the Associate Head of School and oversees all coaches and athletic staff/trainers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Coaching experience preferred. Possess a wide range of knowledge of numerous sports. Working knowledge of the overall operations of an athletic program. Proven ability to manage budget and personnel. Strong communication (email and public speaking) and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with initiative and meet deadlines. High level of integrity. Strong organizational skills and attention to administrative details. Committed to supporting the spiritual and academic values of the Saint Constantine School. Teach physical education classes (2-3) and/or coach athletic teams as needed by the school. Coordination of special programs such as the athletic awards and full-school pep rallies. Coordination of all athletic tournaments. Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and security of all athletic equipment, facilities, and uniform

Salary Classification: Full Time, exempt 12-months
Supervision Of Others: Coaches and Athletic Staff
Hours Per Week: 40
