What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Manager position at The Salt Line - DC?
The Salt Line DC/Navy Yard is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic hospitality professional to join our management team as AGM. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of comparable restaurant AGM experience with a proven track record of successful team leadership and financial results.
All candidates, first and foremost, are outstanding team players, have a passion for guest service, and take genuine pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience, enjoy working in a dynamic and energetic environment, possess strong leadership skills, are highly efficient and organized with solid time management skills and a sharp attention to detail.
This position will work very closely with the General Manager in overall operations, supervising the daily shifts, staff hiring, support and development, financial oversight, and above all ensuring the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
