Position Summary
The Office Assistant provides administrative support, manages visitor interactions, processes donations, and contributes to seasonal projects, ensuring efficient office operations and a welcoming environment.

Essential Functions (approximate time spent)
- Administrative and Clerical Support (40%): Perform tasks such as answering and screening calls, maintaining and organizing financial records, processing mail, and preparing statistical reports.
- Visitor and Participant Assistance (25%): Welcome and assist visitors, assess their needs, and provide appropriate guidance. Maintain a professional and hospitable environment by ensuring an organized reception area and overseeing the stocking of the bread and sweets distribution.
- Financial and Donation Processing (20%): Assist with preparing and making bank deposits and processing monetary and in-kind donations.
- Project Support (15%): Support seasonal and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience performing clerical or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Pass background checks, possess a valid driver's license, and meet MVR driver's qualifications.

- Must be able to communicate clearly with colleagues, participants, and guests.

Driving/Travel Requirements
Regular travel within the local area by agency or personal vehicle.
