Location: Springfield Corps
Pay Range: $20/hr, 40 hrs/week housing (taxable fringe)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, high school diploma required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with youth
- Strong personal Christian values and high moral character
- Creative program ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to be a team member and function in a work alone situation to complete tasks
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License and able to drive a 12-passenger van
- A Uniform wearing Salvationist preferred
- Musical ability preferred but not a must
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
Responsible for coordinating youth ministries to preteens, teens and young adults through evangelism, discipleship, and Christian service. This job description is not all inclusive. It is intended to identify the essential duties of the position.
