POSITION TITLE : BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
STATUS : NON-EXEMPT (Full-Time) 30-35 hours per week.
COMPENSATION : $20 per hour.
GENERAL STATEMENT :

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.Basic Knowledge of The Salvation Army Structure and Procedures.

SCOPE OF POSITION :
This person will be responsible for providing necessary Business administrative support for the Corps Officer to efficiently run the Corps while also being a team player to assist with needed tasks assigned by the Corps Officer. The Business Administrative Assistant will provide support with the food pantry and minor Social Service tasks as needed, such as being the friendly face to assist clients with resources.

Parental Leave : Benefit will be one week (5 business days) of paid leave at theemployee'ss normal rate of pay for births, adoptions and foster placements.
Sick Leave : 12 days annually accruing from day one, eligible for use after 3months'’ service time.
Paid Vacation : 2 weeks annually accruing from day one, for non-exempt positions. 4 weeks annually accruing from day one, for exempt positions. Accrued vacation is eligible for use after 6months'’ service time.
Paid Holidays : 13 designated holidays 1 floating holiday per year.
