Position Summary
The Salvation Army is hiring a Resource Coalition Manager to lead "Pasadena’s Path Forward : A Coalition for Change," a transformative initiative funded by Kaiser Permanente. This role will strengthen the community safety net by building partnerships, service integration, and ensuring effective referrals for low-income individuals and families at risk of homelessness. The Manager will coordinate efforts among nonprofits, healthcare providers, and government agencies to address critical needs in housing, mental health, and food security.
Essential Functions
Coalition Development & Partnership Building
- Establish and manage partnerships with housing agencies, mental health providers, nonprofits, and government entities.
- Serve as the key linkage for homeless clients, connecting them to social services and resources through collaboration with partner organizations.
- Represent The Salvation Army at community meetings and events.

PAY RATE : $31.25-$36.06 / hr.
Working Conditions
Ability to walk, stand, bend squat climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift to 50lbs. Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as file cabinet drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone.
