Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Rate of Pay : The expected pay range for this position is $17.87-$22.34 per hour, with the final rate determined based on education and / or experience exceeding the minimum qualifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Kroc Center Promotions : Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase membership, program participation, and community engagement.
- Content Creation & Management : Develop and curate engaging content for the Kroc Center website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Website Updates : Maintain accurate program details, events, and announcements.
- Social Media Strategy : Implement creative strategies to grow our online presence, increase engagement, and raise awareness for our programs and fundraising initiatives.
- Analytics & Optimization : Track social media performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and outreach.
- Community Storytelling & Media Relations : Collaborate with departmental managers to highlight success stories and showcase the positive impact of the Kroc Center and Salvation Army services.
- Press Releases & Media Coordination : Write and distribute press releases to local media outlets to promote events, campaigns, and community programs. Act as the point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interview for Salvation Army representatives.
- Event & Campaign Support : Assist in promoting and executing Kroc Center events, community outreach, and Salvation Army events and campaigns.
- Brand Consistency : Work alongside the Kroc Operations and Development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all communication platforms.
- Industry Awareness : Stay informed on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in fitness marketing and nonprofit communications.
