Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED and one-year experience in a forward-facing role, preferably a shelter environment.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong de-escalation skills.
- Work well with diverse clients and respect confidentiality; work within ethical and legal parameters.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and the onsite camera security system.
- Valid Driver's License and meet the MVR driver's qualifications, preferred.
- Must pass The Salvation Army background checks.
- Willingness to support the philosophy, goals, mission and objectives of The Salvation Army.
- Must be able to successfully complete CPR / First Aid, CPI, and Bloodborne Pathogen certification.

The duties and responsibilities of this position cannot be performed from home.
