Housing Monitor

Location: Charlottesville Corps- Charlottesville, Virginia  Position Type: Part Time      Pay Range: $12.55-$14.00  About this opportunity: Perform a wide variety of functions to ensure the safety, security and well being of the shelter residents as well as the building. What we are looking for in you: One year vocational/technical school degree and six months experience. Or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge and skills and abilities.   Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to lift light objects weighing less than 24 pounds.   Working Conditions Work is performed in a lodge/shelter facility where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.   Why work for us?
