ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must personally abide by all house rules.
- Assure the safety and security of resident beneficiaries during scheduled shift.
- Enforce all house rules as outlined in the Beneficiary Handbook.
- Be visible and available for all residents while on shift.
- Must have education, training and / or experience necessary to work in a residential setting.
- Implement and supervise leisure time activities.
- Coordinate duties with assistant residence manager.
- Oversee front deskmen and janitorial force.
- Conduct bed and locker checks at appropriate times. Check lockers at least once per week.
- Report all violations of house rules to Program Director.
- Complete all daily written reports, including new admissions and terminations, as well as any other unusual or noteworthy incidents.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Abide by all local, state, federal, OSHA and Salvation Army safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned by Program Director or Washoe County Coordinators.
