Job Title : Volunteer Coordinator
FLSA Status : Full Time - non-exempt
Reports to : Community Relations Directors
Schedule : Full-Time Hourly
Supervises : N / A
Rate of Pay : $22.51- $26.25 per hour
Closing Date : 3 / 28 / 2025
Benefits : Standard; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following :

Function
The Volunteer Coordinator is a full-time, hourly position to recruit, train, schedule and manage volunteers for The Salvation Army Colorado Springs Corps.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Volunteer Coordinator will :
Education, Experience, Skills, Qualifications
Knowledge of integrated database applications and ability to use new software programs
An MVR will be processed every year in accordance with The Salvation Army's policies.
Continued employment will be contingent upon a biennial (every two years) background check that is processed in accordance with The Salvation Army's policies.
