About This Opportunity
Operates a baler machine to secure, package and bind large volumes of clothing. Loads and unloads trucks performing lifting of heavy objects on a regular basis. Assists in maintaining the neatness and orderliness of the warehouse or Sorting Room area.
Receives, sorts, prices, and prepares donated items for display in the store; determines suitability and pricing of items based on established standards; assists in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse area and cleans breakroom and restrooms.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Include
Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy (25-50 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment frequently. Ability to lift heavy (50-100 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment occasionally. Work requires continued walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.
Work is performed in a warehouse environment where there are physical discomforts associated with changes in weather and internal temperatures or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

- Ability to sort items in accordance with established categories.
- Ability to operate Forklift safely.
- Ability to work baling machine safely.
- No formal education or experience required although some experience operating heavy equipment and performing heavy lifting is preferred.
