About This Opportunity: Assists and supports the Director of Correction in the management, supervision and operations of Corrections Monitor assigned to Corrections; supports counselors and administration with maintaining resident accountability to provide custody, care and supervision of residents.

About This Opportunity: Assists and supports the Director of Correction in the management, supervision and operations of Corrections Monitor assigned to Corrections; supports counselors and administration with maintaining resident accountability to provide custody, care and supervision of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates, develops and trains staff in proper methods and procedures; oversees work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy, completeness and completeness and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Creates and develops plans to evaluate the program to enhance Correction Monitor in applications to bring about a positive change in residents’ attitudes, behavior, and habit patterns through personal example and by encouraging residents to participate in worthwhile activities.
- Creates and develops plan for scheduling 24-hour a day, seven days a week staffing patterns to ensure integrity, safety and security of the Corrections Department is maintained with efficiency with limited overtime use.
- High school diploma or GED certificate AND
- Two year experience of higher education, preferably in the area of Criminal Justice, and two years supervisory experience OR
- Any equivalent training and/or work experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to read, write and communicate the English Language.
