We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Administrator to join our team at USE Trade,a department of The Salvation Army, USA Eastern Territory. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our digital presence by managing, developing, and executing engaging social media content, as well as handling all visual aspects of , our eCommerce website. This position also includes a strong travel component, supporting our mobile sales operation and engaging directly with our customer base all across our territory and beyond. This position, based in West Nyack, NY requires approximately 35 hours of work per week and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite).
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of USE Trade social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including content creation (Posts, Reels, Stories, Videos and scheduling
- Organize and coordinate USE Trade photo shoots, including the recruiting of models, garment prep and scheduling
- Handle all visual aspects of . Product photos and descriptions as well as product uploads. This position also edits the homepage of the website to keep things current and fresh.
- Assist in planning and operations of USE Trade Mobile stores.
- Create, edit, and proof promotional materials both for online and print applications. (Monthly Newsletter, Weekly Emails
- Assist in USE Trade Store as needed
- Assist with any other department responsibilities as assigned
