As a Food Truck Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and ensuring that the truck operates smoothly during service. This role requires efficiency, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist with cooking when needed, assembling orders, and maintaining food safety standards.
-Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are accurate, timely, and well-presented.
-Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including regular cleaning of the truck.
-Inventory Management: Help track food supplies and restock items as needed.
-Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health codes and food safety regulations.
-Teamwork: Collaborate with other crew members and assist wherever needed during shifts.
-Opening and Closing Duties: Participate in setting up and closing down the truck before and after shifts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations or willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements:
