Position DescriptionThe Workforce Program Capacity Building VISTA will support the development and implementation of workforce readiness programs designed to provide career development and employment opportunities for youth, especially those from diverse and low-income backgrounds. This position will be based at Conway and will focus on building sustainable partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance job training, internship, and employment opportunities for participants in Sanneh programs. The VISTA will also work to streamline internal processes, improve program efficiency, and increase overall impact. Strengthen the internal systems and processes for tracking, reporting, and improving the impact of workforce readiness programs.
