We are hiring Server Assistants (Bussers) for our Golf Club restaurant for the busy Summer Season where we provide casual dining for residents, members and their guests. Our primary responsibility is to provide world-class service with grace and professionalism that reflects our desire to genuinely care for and exceed the expectations of our members and their guests.
The Preserve is a NO GRATUITY community and our higher base pay rates reflect this policy.
Qualifications
- Shifts are available Monday - Sunday from 9 am -3 pm, 9 am - 5.30 pm or 10.30 am - 7 pm. Weekend availability required
- One year or more of restaurant experience
- Possession/ability to obtain a CA Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification
- Ability to perform general setup and maintenance, including polishing silverware and glassware, table setup, clearing dishes, running food and refilling beverages
- Effective communication and teamwork with other staff
- Exceptional guest service
