Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 per year starting salary ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Benefits after 90 days
Future Growth: Base salary increases will be offered as milestones and performance targets are met, with a long-term earning potential of up to $250,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM & Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Start Date: Must be available to start on or before March 31st, 2025

Role Summary

As Director of Franchise, you will step into a pivotal role as Sapience prepares to launch its franchise model. You’ll lead internal alignment, work alongside our franchise consultant, support new franchisee onboarding, coordinate with departments like marketing, legal, location development, and construction — and be on the front lines of bringing the Sapience vision to new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal lead for Sapience’s franchise development journey.
• Liaise directly with Sapience’s franchise consultant and legal teams.
• Act as a bridge between Business Operations Managers and Franchise consulting agency
• Build and manage documentation, timelines, and readiness systems for franchise onboarding.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, tech, ops, education, and construction teams.
• Represent Sapience at franchise expos, recruitment events, and partner meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape franchise branding, pitch decks, and growth strategy.
• Support training playbooks and field rollout systems for franchisees.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in franchise development, franchise operations, or multi-unit systems.
• Proven experience launching a franchise model or managing an active franchise program.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Local to Las Vegas with ability to work onsite and travel for key franchise events.

Preferred: Experience working at a company that launched a franchise model under your leadership or where you were directly responsible for managing a franchise system.

Work Schedule

Your work schedule will be as follows:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
• You may be required to adjust your schedule based on project deadlines and company needs, as this is a fast-paced startup environment.
