Responsibilities:
- Oversee all banquet operations during weddings and events
- Coordinate with catering and service staff to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure all setup and breakdown processes are efficient and organized
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and manage wait staff
- Schedule staff shifts
- Arrange food tastings with potential customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet supervision or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
