We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Warehouse Supervisor - 9999 Niblick Dr. - Roseville, CA
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in the oversight of the warehouse, maintenance, and sanitation teams to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities personnel and equipment for the storage and distribution of products. The Warehouse Supervisor will also communicate company policies and assist in making sure that they are adhered to. This position provides exceptional customer service and develops positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
This position supports Warehouse, Sanitation, and Maintenance personnel, while consistently interfacing with many entities, including; Transportation, Banner Operations, Employees, Labor Relations, and Human Resources.
- Supervises hourly associates to meet production and accuracy goals for inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintains daily production and accuracy records
- Ensures the most economical and efficient use of equipment to accomplish assigned work within time constraints
- Ensures that all safety, security, sanitation and pest control codes, laws and policies are adhered to by all personnel on a daily basis
- Works with sanitation personnel to ensure that any infractions noted on the weekly inspection report are corrected in a timely manner
- Works with Inventory Control Coordinator regarding warehouse space allocations, slotting or merchandise and general inventory control procedures
- Works with HR, Labor Relations, and Warehouse Support assisting with investigations, discipline, and counseling for a wide variety of warehouse employee relations issues and topics
- Performs other duties as assigned

Hiring pay range: $23.08 - 33.20
- Knowledge of warehouse practices and systems
- Strong familiarity with typical warehouse conditions and equipment
- Supervisory skills – training, coaching, working with and through others to achieve results
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word), EDP applications knowledge, and use of general office equipment
- Requires strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Must be highly functional in a team environment and have strong cooperation and team building attributes
- Should demonstrate an eagerness to learn and take on new tasks and challenges
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education: Two year college or vocational school, with an emphasis on Distribution, Logistics, and Business (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience).
Experience: Minimum two years of relevant experience in similar role.
Other: Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Physical: Warehouse environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects.
