We are seeking a Tier 1 Technical Sharepoint / Intune Support Specialist to join our team! The Scarlett remote Help Desk Technician is responsible for efficiently and effectively providing routine technical expertise, guidance, and technical support to a range of diverse client end users. This position requires an individual with fundamental knowledge of computer systems and networking. Must be able to clearly communicate with various support levels / escalation points, development groups, and customers. From time-to-time, client site visits may be required.
Responsibilities :
- InTune & Sharepoint Support
- Manage routine incidents through resolution and communicate with other IT groups as appropriate to ensure issue resolution.
- Has the inclination to learn from other support members to resolve basic technical issues promptly
- Monitor and assign open trouble tickets to ensure that service level agreements and timelines are being met.
- Respond to telephone, email, and online requests
- Formally document and share issue-related and / or preventative knowledge
- Must be able to follow directions from management and senior technicians
- Have a basic understanding of the support desk metrics
- Other daily duties as assigned
- Minimal travel to client sites
- On-call after hours support on a rotational basis to resolve critical system issues
