Position: Production Staff
Job Description:
The production team is responsible for the production of all The Scone Goddess premium scone mixes. This includes use of manufacturing equipment as well as ensuring compliance with all safety standards and policies. The position requires a hands-on approach to learning how to run manufacturing equipment and oversee operations. This is a hands-on position that requires strong attention to detail, quality control, and safety. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow quality control procedures
- Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Follow production schedules to meet increases in demand
- Ensure that production output meets or exceeds expectations
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees
- Maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
No experience necessary. Will train.
