We’re seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dependable marketing coordinator to join our growing management team.
In this position, you will collaborate with our management team to create and execute marketing campaigns. Your work will include developing, growing, and expanding our marketing channels through social media outreach, strategic planning, and events.

Responsibilities
- Project Management - Create, manage, and oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Social Media Marketing - Expand the online following (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Monitor and engage in a timely manner.
- Email Marketing - build off the database of current contacts and create engaging call to action content to boost sales.
- Consistent upkeep of the website, Google Business Suite, and other Score platforms.
- Collaborate with owner and general manager on PR strategies and statements.
- Plan events, promotions, and specials to increase traffic and sales at The Score. Collaborate with other managers on ideas to implement.
- Assist with reservation booking, specifically leading all corporate events hosted at The Score.
- Maintain The Score’s lifestyle brand image.
- Plan, capture, and edit all creative and promotional photos and videos. Lead photoshoots to gain quality content.
- Responsible for all management and improvement of The Score’s online reputation. Respond to all reviews, messages, and comments promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships developed with local businesses, sponsors, etc.
- Design, create, and distribute graphics including digital media and in-house print materials (banners, menus, coupons, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts and manage yearly budget.
- Marketing research to stay up to date with trends.
- Review and monitor analytics to improve ads, content, etc.
- Plan & lead special events.
- Provide weekly updates to the management team on current marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred - Marketing, Communications, or other related field
- 2 years experience in marketing or a related role(s)
- Strong understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects, experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
- Passion for the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Content creation experience, familiarity with Meta Business Suite
- Experience with website editing through WordPress or similar platforms
- Graphic Design experience with either Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Must have reliable transportation for occasional work at off-site events
- Flexibility, may need to work occasional nights or weekends as needed
