The Inn & Club Bartender position is responsible for serving guest in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver excellent guest experience while having extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Makes and or presents drinks using standard ingredients and practicing prudent portion control
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all product
- Ensure orders are of consistently good standards and delivered in a timely manor
- Comply with resort security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Positive Attitude
- Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or as a team
- Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry
- Previous experience of cash handling
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
