Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Provide basic care services such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Ensure our residents receive essential social and emotional support
- Report vital information on resident conditions to Nurses
- Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service
- Support resident admissions, transfers, and meals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Current CNA or STNA certification in the State of Kentucky or be in good standing with the ability to transfer certification from another state
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
