Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage POS systems, including menu updates, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Event & Banquet Management: Oversee private and member events, including weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, large luncheons, dinner parties, and golf outings.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in high-end, high-volume banquet events.
- Experience in private clubs, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
