Project Overview

Join a dynamic team supporting a Conversational IVR/Chatbot initiative. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and drives meaningful impact.

Must-Have Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with a strong background in writing user stories.
• SQL proficiency – ability to analyze data, quantify business asks, and support decision-making.
• Product Owner mindset – take initiative, ask the right questions, and drive project success with a strategic approach.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems or Chatbots is a huge plus.
  
  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate IT systems operations, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define user needs and business requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between end-users and development teams.
• Document, track, and manage system issues to ensure resolution.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
