Desktop Support Technician Must Have Skills
- 2 years of experience in a technical desktop support role
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows environment
- additional MacOS experience is a plus
- Experience installing and removing hardware and software
- Ability to prioritize ticket resolution and communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide onsite support M-F during the hours of 8am-5pm Desktop Support Technician Day to Day Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 desktop support
- Workstation setups for both Windows and macOS deployments
- Respond and resolve incidents and requests through ticketing system
- Hardware troubleshooting including – printers/copiers/MFPs/A/V technology
- Application troubleshooting and escalations
- Mobile and tablet troubleshooting support
