Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – TSG Corporate – Remote (Raleigh, NC)
The Select Group is seeking a FP&A Manager to join our Corporate Finance & Accounting Team. This person will work remotely from Raleigh, NC and report directly to our Chief Financial Officer. They will work closely with the CFO and be responsible for preparing monthly internal and external financial reports, budgets, rolling forecasts, as well as perform detailed analysis. We are looking for someone that is a dynamic self-starter, has a fantastic attitude, and excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with consolidated company-wide financial reporting and budgeting in Adaptive Planning.
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial reports and conduct related analyses.
- Analyze budget-to-actual performance to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams on various projects, reconciliations, and analyses.
- Prepare and review the monthly Board package.
- Develop and maintain a company-wide mechanism for tracking headcount (employees and contractors).
- Perform ongoing reviews of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements.
- Identify and implement business process improvements and best practices, maximizing the capabilities of the company’s ERP system.
- Investigate and resolve account anomalies and discrepancies.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited institution.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, analysis, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows).
- Proficiency in Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A tools required
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven ability to build and work with complex financial models involving large data sets and variables.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite (preferred).
- Previous experience with business combinations and acquisitions (preferred).
- Knowledge of TTS formatting macros (preferred).
