TECHNICAL WRITER
The Select Group is currently hiring for a Technical Writer to join as a resource for one of our clients within the Financial Services/Banking industry to support the Director of Digital Infrastructure’s (system/application integration project). This Writer will leverage his written and verbal technical requirements and make them polished as it pertains to industry standards. This team will enable each bank to have access from one domain to another, and get applications communicating from application to application. TECHNICAL WRITER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a Mid-Level to Senior-Level amount of professional experience in Technical Writing - Exemplary writing skills
- Expert level knowledge using MS Suite applications specifically Microsoft Word
- Proven knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow from a Writing perspective
- Experience working with Visio for creating written diagrams
- Critical thinking, collaboration, knowledge of IT, knowledge of IT asset management
- Ideally Financial Services industry experience or Banking
TECHNICAL WRITER RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities of the Technical Writer are to consolidate and harmonize procedural IT asset management (software/hardware documents)
Therefore this Writer will be responsible for comparing existing procedural documents, noting differences, making recommendations to consolidate, gaining consensus, and creating a final consolidated/harmonized version.
