Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & CRM Administration
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in HubSpot CRM
- Process and distribute new leads to appropriate team members
- Track lead status and ensure timely followup
- Generate regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status
- Document all prospect interactions and communications
- Schedule and facilitate facility tours, coordinating with department heads
- Prepare tour materials and information packets
- Manage followup communications
- Respond to initial inquiries professionally and promptly
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials
- Maintain prospect communication schedules
- Support followup activities with prospects and families
- Assist with sales event coordination and planning
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on material needs
- Support weekly sales meetings and reporting
- Superior customer service orientation
- Strong data entry and database management abilities

- 35 years of sales support or administrative experience

- Experience in senior living or healthcare industry a plus
