What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at The Service Department?
Who we are:
We're a small computer repair and IT services business. We do computer repair, IT services and sales of used computers and electronics online.
What you'll do:
- Listing items online for sale.
- Sales to customers that come into the shop or call on the phone.
- Phone use to call places that might buy from us
- Achieve daily listing numbers ( 20 listings per day )
What you'll need to have:
- Ability to take digital photos with a phone camera
- Some testing skills with electronics to check functions
- Familiarity with power testing computer components
- Detail oriented to properly note defects on items and item specifics
- Familiarity with doing research online to find unit specs.
- Experience with computer components preferred but not required
- Professional attire and behavior ( business casual acceptable )
Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for starters, more hours depending on sales revenue.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
