Fleet Success Manager – Sewell Fleet Management
Sewell Fleet Management is seeking a Fleet Success Manager to lead our team of Account Managers and drive customer-centric solutions for our clients. This role is responsible for ensuring that our fleet customers receive top-tier service, strategic guidance, and operational efficiency to maximize the value of their fleet investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, customer relations, and team leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor the Account Management team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance fleet performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their fleet needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor fleet operations and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Work closely with internal departments, including sales, service, and finance, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide training and development opportunities for Account Managers to improve performance and service delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fleet management.
- Generate reports and insights for senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 6pm
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 5 years of experience in fleet management, customer success, or a related role.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
