Network Administrator - Sewell Family of Companies:
The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a competent Network Administrator to provide fast and useful technical assistance with networked systems. The Network Administrator is responsible for design, planning, operation, optimization, troubleshooting and daily management of the network, servers, switches, security and network connected devices. The Network Administrator will work closely with Cyber Security, the Helpdesk team and the IT Director.

Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots and solves the most complex network connectivity problems, including monitoring the network and servers for problems, diagnosing problems, and taking the appropriate corrective measures to ensure an expedient resolution.
- Ensures network security by ensuring proper user accessibility and being able to reasonably guard against the most complex threats to security that will face the network.
- Installs, administers, supports, and maintains server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems.
- Assists in planning for the future strategy of networks and servers and provides budgetary information as needed.
- Provides support for help desk tickets and projects. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Schedule: Monday Friday from 8:00 am 5:00 pm, full-time (subject to change)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, network system operational training, and at least five years of experience in network support services – including experience with the most complex and difficult network issues - with a demonstrated ability to solve the most complex networking systems issues.
In order to be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
