Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our resort, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist with laundry services as needed to support housekeeping operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
