Duties
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools for spraying applications.
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety regulations and customer specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide knowledgeable advice to clients regarding lawn care, pest control, and landscape maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and areas treated.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning pesticide application.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools is essential.
- Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license.
