Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Uphold communication standards and phone etiquette when handling calls.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
