Position Description : Overview :
The Marketing / Public Relations specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies and initiatives in alignment with the Banks strategic objectives, directing and coordinating the Banks marketing research, advertising, promotion and daily marketing activities to increase community awareness, attract new customers and promote the Banks favorable image. This role involves overseeing campaigns and managing communications to enhance the Banks reputation and visibility while collaborating with other departments
Responsibilities and Results :
Direct and coordinate all marketing activities such as advertising, promotions, sales and research.
Create, design and administer bank promotional campaigns and marketing budget.
Manage the Banks website, social media sites, online business listings and online advertising campaigns.
Work alongside outside marketing firm to manage events, public relations and community involvement.
In-depth understanding of marketing and public relations.
Ability to perform duties without specific direction, given adequate guidelines. Apply good judgment in decision-making.
Develop, publish and distribute all press releases in a timely manner alongside outside marketing firm.
Design, print and monitor the Banks branches with posters, signs and brochures.
Utilize analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of marking initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insight to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing key metrics, accomplishments and challenges in marketing and community relations.
Assist with development of a marketing plan that aligns with the Banks strategies.
Attend and actively participate in various Bank committees as required.
Must be able to keep current of banking industry, banking systems and digital trends.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry laws and bank policies, collaborating closely with internal teams to maintain consistency and integrity in our marking efforts.
