Program Supervisor – SAIOP/SACOT
Location: Concord, NC | Pay: $55.00 – $65.00/hour | Job Type: Full-Time
About Us
At The Ship Group Behavioral Health & Community Services, we are launching a transformative SAIOP/SACOT program that will provide high-impact, person-centered substance use treatment. We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor (LCAS/CCS) to lead and shape this new initiative. What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily operations of SAIOP/SACOT services in accordance with NC Medicaid Clinical Coverage Policy 8A and ASAM Level 2.1 & 2.5 standards.
- Provide individual and group therapy, and guide staff in evidence-based treatment models including CBT, Matrix Model, Illness Management & Recovery (IMR), and 12-Step Facilitation.
- Develop, implement, and revise Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) for participants.
- Maintain on-site clinical supervision presence: minimum of 50% for SAIOP, 90% for SACOT as per Medicaid policy.
- Conduct staff supervision, team meetings, quality assurance audits, and performance evaluations.
- Train, coach, and build a multidisciplinary team including QPs, APs, and paraprofessionals.
- Monitor utilization, documentation, service quality, and compliance metrics (e.g., LOS, frequency, duration).
- Serve as the liaison with external agencies, LME/MCOs, and internal leadership to drive program integrity and growth.
- Help develop group schedules and structure to support morning, afternoon, and evening programming.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) or Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) – Required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 years of clinical experience with SUD treatment.
- Deep knowledge of ASAM criteria, Medicaid documentation standards, and evidence-based practices.
- Experience or strong interest in building new programs, leading clinical teams, and driving innovation.
- Strong communication, leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with SACOT (Partial Hospitalization Model) and SAIOP structures.
