Location: The Shirt Shack NV LLC,  Winnemucca, Nevada 

Position Type: Full Time 

Salary: $16-18/Hour To Start DOE

We are seeking a motivated and self-sufficient individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Production Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Service:

  - Answer phone calls and greet customers in-store with a friendly demeanor. Take Quality        Messages. 

- efficiently ring up purchases and process payments 

 - place detailed order information into order processing software 

 - Ensure every customer feels valued and important.

Production Tasks:

  - Assess daily tasks through calendars, deadline boards, online orders and job sheets.

  - Perform design work in CorelDraw and manage the transfer to cut programs.

  - Cut and weed HTV materials accurately, ensuring correct designs and specifications.

  - Press HTV and transfers, applying appropriate pressure and time settings for different materials.

  - Measure and fold garments neatly before presenting them to customers.

  - Finalize orders by contacting customers or ensuring communication is made.

Quoting & Invoicing:

  - Learn to quote simple jobs by researching product costs and applying mark-up percentages and labor rates.

  - Accurately invoice items, adjusting quantities and details 

Website Management:

  - Assist with adding and editing items on our website, including event-specific collections and new products.

Marketing & Social Media:

  - Respond to customer inquiries via social media in accordance with company standards.

  - Engage with comments and messages to maintain strong customer relations.

 General Maintenance:

  - Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the shop, including taking out trash, cleaning, and organizing workspaces.

  - Engage in busy work, such as filing, restocking, and maintaining displays.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Basic knowledge of design software, preferably CorelDraw, is a plus.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Experience with social media platforms and customer engagement.

- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
