What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Office Representative position at The Shop?
The Shop is a growing repair facility now hiring for a full time customer service representative to join our team. This positions responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Scheduling customers for repair work
* Answering and assisting customers over the phone.
* Maintaining files and records
* Assisting customers when dropping off and picking up vehicles
* Assist service advisor
*Some light cleaning
We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, likes to have fun and work as a team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
