A well-respected, growing company and leader in thermoforming is looking for an experienced Plant Manager . Though not a large site - leading a team of about 100 - it is a highly complex manufacturing footprint, producing a variety of different products.
They need a leader that can come in and hit the ground running. They have developed a great team culture there and need to maintain that momentum. It is highly floor-focused and hands-on... while leading and holding the team accountable to deliver results.
They have multiple manufacturing sites and this one happens to be located at the corporate HQ in Pennsylvania... and therefore will be highly visible. It is a privately held, growing company with a bright future!
- Bachelor's degree preferred; more than 10 years' experience leading a plant is required
- Must have strong base of plastics manufacturing experience; thin-gauge thermoforming is highly desired
- Must have a collaborative and communicative leadership style
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a huge plus!
