About the Role
As an Entry Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier service while meeting department and company goals related to productivity, product knowledge, and solution-driven results.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Sell and upsell SolidSignal.com products via phone and online chat.
- Identify and act on sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.
- Proactively build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Screen inbound customer inquiries for potential sales opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Create, send, and follow up on sales quotes.
Customer Support & Problem-Solving
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining company integrity and profitability.
- Stay up to date with new products, services, and pricing plans.
- Conduct fraud checks on orders to ensure security.
Operations & Administration
- Enter customer and order details into NetSuite (CRM).
- Maintain organized records and follow through on all customer interactions.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
What You Bring
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions.
- Professional demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Familiarity with NetSuite CRM (preferred).
- Knowledge of EOS is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
- Shift: Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (varied shifts).
- Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour monthly commission.
