Our adventure started as a street cart on the Church Street Marketplace, and the tradition has continued for over 22 years! This summer, we celebrate our roots while continuing to serve amazing crepes made with freshly prepared food and locally sourced ingredients!

• Manage special events on the Burlington waterfront and other exciting locations.
• You’ll lead and inspire a small team, manage schedules, conduct payroll, coordinate training, and order supplies.

What You’ll do:

• Produce schedules, manage time keeping and payroll, and keep supplies stocked and organized.
• Manage a small team of hospitality-minded crew.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cart transport.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Food prep, cooking, and crepe spinning.
• Utilize recipes and portion control.
• Perform general cleaning and restocking.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests.
• Balance high volume with high quality.
• Cash reconciliation.
• Work in a team-oriented, collaborative manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Operate the food cart on the Church Street Marketplace from May through October, with potential year-round employment opportunities.
• Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (weekends are required).
• Manage additional events, such as Truck Stop and other special occasions, as identified.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule to accommodate varying needs.
• Be at least 18 years old to meet insurance requirements.
• Exhibit honesty, reliability, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude.
• Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrate leadership by managing operations, troubleshooting issues, solving problems, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and performing tasks like bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Bring hospitality expertise, with food service and supervisory experience preferred.
