We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and leading business development efforts in the hotel and multifamily space. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the industry, especially in dealing with luxury hotels and multi-family developments. You will be responsible for driving growth and establishing the mirrors division in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, targeting hotel chains, boutique hotels, and luxury resorts.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as hotel developers, procurement managers, interior designers, and architects.
Lead the business development process, from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams (product design, sales, and marketing) to develop tailored solutions for hospitality clients.
Attend and represent SWCORP at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our mirrors and build a network of potential clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously improve our product offerings and sales strategies.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality sector, with a focus on interior products such as mirrors, lighting, or furniture.
Proven background and experience in the hospitality industry, specifically with luxury hotels, multi-family residential, or similar sectors.
Strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry, including hotel procurement teams, interior designers, and architects.
Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with custom design and product solutions for hotels and multi-family projects is preferred.
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
Must have an established book of sales.
