We are looking for a passionate and experienced E-Commerce Manager with strong project management skills. This role will involve working closely with the Director of Marketing and E-Commerce to develop strategies that drive online sales and enhance the digital experience. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the online store, focusing on functionality, product listings, digital marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and customer experience. The goal is to maximize revenue through strategic planning, optimization of the customer journey, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with company objectives, including product selection, pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Website Management : Oversee the functionality and user experience of the online store to ensure a smooth, seamless customer journey.
- Product Listing & Content Creation : Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and other content to ensure accuracy and compelling presentations on the website.
- Onsite Marketing : Lead efforts in website marketing including SEO and content marketing to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting : Monitor sales performance, analyze customer data, identify trends, and generate reports for optimization opportunities.
- Conversion Optimization : Implement A / B testing and other strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Customer Service : Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders or website functionality.
- Inventory Management : Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Technology Management : Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce technologies and recommend new tools to improve the online shopping experience.
- Team Leadership : Lead a team of e-commerce specialists, including designers, developers, marketing professionals, and customer service representatives.
- Mobile Commerce : Develop and implement strategies to enhance the mobile shopping experience and capture mobile shopper growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across channels.
- Performance Metrics : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention, and use this data to optimize strategies.
