This is a hybrid clinical front office position. No certifications required — we’re happy to train the right person. This role also offers the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities, including advanced patient coordination and specialty care support.
What You'll Do:
-Assist the doctor during specialty procedures related to sleep apnea, TMJ, and orofacial pain
-Take digital X-rays, iTero intraoral scans, and impressions
-Prepare and maintain clean, organized, sterile treatment rooms
-Welcome patients, collect health histories, and manage intake
-Coordinate referrals and follow-ups with other providers
-Support front office operations: check-in, check-out, answering phones, and scheduling
-Help ensure each patient has a seamless, professional experience from start to finish

Requirements:
-Excellent communication and patient care skills
-Ability to manage both clinical and front office responsibilities
-Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
-Fast learner and tech-savvy — comfortable with digital systems
-Team-first mindset and positive attitude
-Prior dental experience is a plus but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate!
